We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Carriers and Service Levels

We use U.S. shipping carriers such as USPS and other available carrier services depending on product type, destination, and fulfilment partner availability.

4. Transit Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Shipping Fee

  • 1 item: $4.99 USD
  • Each additional item: +$2.99 USD
  • 2 items: $4.99 + $2.99 = $7.98
  • 3 items: $4.99 + 2 x $2.99 = $10.97
  • 4 items: $4.99 + 3 x $2.99 = $13.96

The final shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your payment.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment and may become active after the carrier scans the package.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. GooGreenShirt is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information.
