At GooGreenShirt, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund & Return Policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges.
2. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Product Condition
Returned items may be in new or slightly used condition. To be eligible, the item must not be intentionally damaged, heavily used beyond normal inspection, or altered after delivery.
4. Return Method
Returns and exchanges are handled by mail. If a return label is included in the original package, please keep it and the original packaging until you decide to keep your order. Contact us before sending any item back.
5. Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies to approved returns or exchanges.
6. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact our support team before mailing the item back. Include your order number, name, checkout email, reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
8. Exchanges
If your exchange request is approved, we will process the replacement item based on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.
9. Non-Eligible Returns
We may decline returns or exchanges requested more than 30 days after delivery, items intentionally damaged or excessively used, items returned without prior contact, or items missing key parts or materially altered after delivery.
